About Intentional Harmony
The curriculum is designed to help people meet the challenges of work and life. It is organized into five sections: Work and the Individual, Work and Partner, Work and Children, Work Stress, and Work and Extended Family and Friends.
The flexible format of the Intentional Harmony curriculum allows facilitators to tailor delivery to specific audiences ranging from families to employees in the workplace. The curriculum is supported by a website for facilitators and participants. The website provides handouts, additional resources and links, and commentaries on current work-life issues. A facilitator also may complete training and become a Certified Facilitator of the Intentional Harmony curriculum.
